This is the duplexer I bought with the MMDVM repeater, already tuned up for me.

It looks like a Decibel Products DB-4075, originally for the 450-470 MHz band, date code looks like "1215-0178", and serial# looks like 190807166P1. It seems to be working quite well for my repeater. (440.675 and 445.575)

Research shows that the DB-4075 is supposed to be a 3 can duplexer, and the 4076 is supposed to be the 4 can version. It looks like someone upgraded this one to a 4 can at some point, or something. It's entirely possible the label has little to do with the product.
